I'm thrilled to share that my score for WHISTLE has been nominated for Best Music for a Documentary at the 2026 APRA AMCOS Screen Music Awards. What a lovely honour!
WHISTLE is a film about competitive whistling. Grown adults. Lips pursed. World stage. I think I said yes before director Christopher Nelius could finish his pitch!
It was many months of breath, reeds, strings and the quirkiest and warmest brief of my life. Huge thanks to the wonderful musicians who played the score, to the Songbird Studios crew, and to my sound partner in crime, Abby.
